Hi!

Here is a little feature request:

It would be nice to specify the size of the window: Combining this
with the 'after' option it is possible to let the window grow over
time. An fullscreen option (or size=max ?) would be good too.

Akin to this it would be nice if one could specify that the +lock
option should grab the keyboard, but appear only in a window instead
of being fullscreen. Not sure wether this is (easily) possible, though.
