Dear Maintainer,

according to https://pypi.org/project/bsddb3/ this Python module is
deprecated and should be replaced by module 'berkeleydb'. But there is
no module of this name in Debian, yet.

Please note that db5.3 is sunset in Debian, so please remove this
package instead.
