E.g. GCC now has a build dependency on git for the gotools testsuite,
and the build stalls with

gcc-15 build-depends on:
- git:hurd-i386
git depends on missing:
- git-man:hurd-i386 (< 1:2.47.2-.)

This is caused by:

Please change the packaging so that git keeps installable in these
situations, when git is not yet built on some architecture.  That could
be relaxing the dependencies, making git-man Arch:any or merging git-man
into git.
