Dear Maintainer, If Mutt is left running in a terminal window in Gnome and the screen is first locked due to user inactivity and then unlocked, the terminal window with all its tabs often looks blank and totally black even though Mutt is still active as well as other programs running in other tabs of the same window. Mutt and those other programs receive keyboard and pointer input, change the pointer if it is moved across the terminal window and work normally, except that their output has become invisible. This situation does not change even if Mutt is closed (using the quit command, for instance) and can only be ended by closing all tabs and hence the whole terminal window.
