Dear Maintainer,

After i install Debian 12.6 with KDE plasma as a desktop env, when the computer gets past grub the screen stays black and has a bright flash of dark every second.
All i did was normally install Debian 12.6 with the KDE plasma desktop enviroment selected.
After starting up my computer and getting past grub it shows a black screen with white flashes
The expected result is in me being able to login and use my computer.
I made a bug report on this awhile ago but was unable to even use recovery mode to make the report so i am trying with the Gnome desktop env.
My old bug report ID was Bug#1081488

Hi Chris,

The reason for this is that the greeter frontend crashes. So your
issue might be unrelated to lightdm itself.

What lightdm Greeter variant do you have installed. As root, please
check /var/log/lightdm/seat0-greeter.log (or similar files) for more
reasons for the greeter UI crashing.
