Please consider cherrypicking this commit to support the popular new
image formats WebP and JPEGXL, when setting the desktop background.

I added a hard depends in gnome-control-center to both
libjxl-gdk-pixbuf and webp-pixbuf-loader so that these image formats
would display for everyone in GNOME's background chooser.

I suggest also looking at https://bugs.debian.org/948339 . Maybe
that's unreproducible now. (I don't use Xfce myself.)

Hi Jeremy, that commit is in the main branch, and with the transition freeze
ongoing in Debian we stick with 4.20 for Trixie. If that commit was backported
upstream to 4.20 (so supported upstream) I'd be ok, but for now I'm reluctant.

Also, it's in the Thunar wallpaper plugin which I think is just for having a
"Set as wallpaper" in the right click menu. The wallpaper itself is set by
xfdesktop4 and I have no idea if WebP/JPEGXL are supported there.

So I guess that would means adding those as well, at least as recommends, to
xfdesktop4.
I'll ask the reporter then :)
