In the build log[*], I see a lot of errors like this:

     /build/reproducible-path/setuptools-66.1.1/docs/userguide/datafiles.rst:33: ERROR: Unknown directive type "tab".

     .. tab:: setup.cfg

        .. code-block:: ini

             [options]
             # ...
             packages = find:
             package_dir =
                 = src
             include_package_data = True

             [options.packages.find]
             where = src

As a result, these code blocks are missing from the generated HTML files.
