Dear Maintainer,

pysurfer fails to build from source due to the  unsatisfied dependency
on python3-numpy-abi9. There is only python3-numpy but no
python3-numpy-abi9 (or similar).

Indeed, there looks to be something off with the dependency
mayavi2, but I haven't had taken a closer look yet.

The build failure has gone.  I heavily suspect this was resolved
by last September's upload, which included:
