there is no point in providing this package on s390x architecture.  Since the
autopkgtest fails on this architecture we should not provide its binary there.

I am not really sure why you again request the removal of an arch:all
package from a specific architecture.

Hi,

it was a mistake to file a ROM bug since the package is architecture all.
(Sorry for the noise, Thorsten.)
I will simply exclude the package from autopkgtest on s390x for the moment
but I'll leave the bug open with severity wishlist to keep a record of
this issue.
