Dear Maintainer,

The xgridfit 2.x branch doesn't seem to be maintained anymore. There's a new xgridfit 3.x branch on GitHub and PyPI:

https://pypi.org/project/xgridfit/

I'm mainly interested in the upgrade because it removes the dependency on python3-libxml2 which the libxml2 maintainers plan to retire.
