#1104165 linux-image-6.12.22-amd64: Freezing with 'amdgpu_dm_plane_helper_prepare_fb bind failed' some time after returning from suspend

Dear Maintainer,

I was able to reproduce an issue with linux-image-6.12.21-amd64, linux-image-6.12.22-amd64 and linux-image-6.13-amd64 (6.13.11) packages by
opening/closing Guake several times while using the BurnMyWindows gnome extension.

The issue seems to occur only if the computer suspended/resumed at least once. After that, VRAM and GTT starts accumulating on radeontop each time Guake is open/closed.

At some point the computer freezes the message below:

The linux-image-6.15-amd64 (linux 6.15.2) is also affected, although
less severe. The OOM kicks in and terminated my gnome-shell instead of
freezing the machine.

Hi Ben, no worries, all good :)

I found an issue reported by another user there with the same kernel
messages appearing after opening/closing windows. It looks very similar
to my issue.

I added a comment mentioning "suspend at least once" being important to
trigger the bug.
