Dear Thorsten,

after spending some time working on patches for pkcs11-proxy, I've found
that the 'bukka' fork as useful and modern updates:

I'd argue the source should be based on that fork.

As you can see from that projects issues and pull requests, I've
proposed some fixes there; same goes for the Salsa MRs:
