Dear Maintainer,

After upgrading php8.3-ldap from 8.3.20-4 to 8.3.21-1 LDAP-connections
over TLS to remote server are closed after established (connection
lost), reverting to 8.3.20-4 php8.3-ldap and php8.3-common makes the
problem instandly go away.

I guess i should have reported it to PHP-upstream instaead of here -
sorry for that, my bugreport should be closed.
