signing-milter uses the milter interface to provide a signing service
for emails passing through a milter-aware MTA like sendmail or postfix.


This software is very useful to provide S/MIME signing eg. for system
mails generated by software that does not provide S/MIME signing
capabilities by itself.
The upstream project provides some Debian packaging code by itself.
We build and use packages based on that code to deploy the software and
provide S/MIME signing to service emails as mandated by our CISO.
