Vcs-Git: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/rlinetd.git -b debian

The "-b debian" should not be there

Actually, the Vcs field is correct as per https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-controlfields.html#s-f-vcs-fields

A tool that we use didn't support it and I thought that the problem was
in the package.
