Creating an RC bug to stop hyprutils from being promoted to
stable.

Our current version is lagging behind upstream by a couple
versions and it would not be possible to support it for trixie.

Dear Maintainer,

I've made a non-maintainer upload of hyprutils 0.8.4-0.1 and
hyprwayland-scanner 0.4.5-0.1 to DELAYED/15, meaning it will enter
Debian in 15 days if not cancelled.

Pleasea let me know before that time if you do not agree with these
changes, and I will cancel the upload.

Additionally, Carl and I have created a Debian Hyprland Maintainers team
to co-maintain hyprland packages. Please consider team-maintaining all
the hyprland-related packages so we can share the load and have more
timely updates :)
