And while we are at it: The 2.3.2 upstream release contains one change
that is incompatible with Linux 4.18, but the 'Linux-Minimum' value in
./META was not bumped ifrom 4.18 to 4.19.

This propagates as the wrong BUILD_EXCLUSIVE_KERNEL_MIN value into
dkms.conf.
