Dear Maintainer,

After a couple of hours (or days) qlcplus doesn't answer on port 9999.
I can see a few connections in state "CLOSE-WAIT". Killing them doesn't help.

Restarting qlcplus fixes the problem till it's shown up again.

This bug exists since trixie. Bookworm works very reliable.
