  Couldn't find the start of the patch series

Well, how about saying
Warning:5 http://opensource.nchc.org.tw/debian unstable/main amd64 Packages.diff/Index
  Couldn't find the start of the patch series
  Getting the entire file instead.

Else the user thinks they need to rescue the situation.
