Dear Maintainer,

There are several issues with autotools in use in reprepro.
CMake is much easier to work with.

I've submitted an MR (!13) to add a CMake build file. It's added along
with the existing autotools/makefiles to allow comparing build output.

Would be great to get feedback on whether this is worth pursuing and
cleaning up or the preference is to keep autotools as-is.
