Hi Florian,

I've just added a test for libpaper to xpopple's configure script, so
next time the xpdf package is updated you can simplify debian/rules by
removing these two lines:

export DEB_CPPFLAGS_MAINT_APPEND = -DHAVE_PAPER_H
export LIBS+=-lpaper

You can also drop acute-accent-in-manpage.patch, as I've fixed that as
part of the other manpage updates.
