It looks like that the AppStream metadata for the Othman package are not
generated. Because of this, Othman is not available in GUI software centers
such as GNOME Software or KDE Discover and must be installed using a
terminal or a legacy package manager GUI (such as Synaptic).




The problem seems to be caused by a missing "Comment=" field in the desktop
