Dear Maintainer,

thanks for maintaining simutrans for debian.

the german translations seem to be broken somehow:

* options, language, Deutsch
* observe for example Wähle Mission not being correct

it seems the files have been utf8-encoded -- but the translation files
internally claim a different encoding (ISO-8859-1).
