A simple librairy to build a VRT from multiple raster source relying only on Rasterio.

The recent versions of OSMNX rely on this recent P|ython package.
I am actually maintaining OSMNX on behalf of the Debian Python Team,
and I plan to package and maintain this package all along  under the
same conditions.
