Dear Maintainer,

Ibus wayland enabled in Preferences → Virtual Keyboard → Ibus Wayland.
Following Debian’s instructions,I have done the following:  im-config → do not activate any IM from im-config
 and use desktop default. However, when I open WPS Office to write a .docx, it doesn't type accented characters
 (Spanish language). Same behavior in X11.

For it to work, I have to activate Ibus in im-config, but I receive a KDE desktop notification telling me
that I shouldn't activate it.

Can you explicitly describe your sorce of "Debian’s instructions"?

There are may outdated information out there.

Specific fileneme or URL with line number should help me.
