Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

Installed the dolphin package on the Cinnamon and MATE desktop environments. I
try to open any file and I'm presented with a dialog box to pick an application
to open the file with. No applications are present inside that list.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Tried installing the recommended packages, the issue persists.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

I expect dolphin to be able to open files and documents with the applications
that are present on my system.
