Dear Maintainer,

Please help to include firmware 'scp.img' for MT8195 SOC.
This is used by MediaTek Genio 1200 EVK and other boards.
SCP Firmware provides a software reference implementation
for the System Control Processor (SCP) and
Manageability Control Processor (MCP) components.

Tested hardware:
1. MediaTek Genio 1200 EVK.

Installed from:
debian-testing-arm64-netinst-20250630-1.iso

Kernel error log:
[    4.440067] remoteproc remoteproc0: firmware: failed to load scp.img

The following firmware should be included:
1. 'mt8195/scp.img' from linux-firmware repo.
