There is a Python 3 fork of the Python 2 package at
https://github.com/FriedrichFroebel/ocrodjvu . Furthermore, PyPI has relinked
to this fork: https://pypi.org/project/ocrodjvu/

Is there interest in repackaging this for Debian?
