In the dialog asking if the user wants to install/use popcon, the installer hangs
for ever, if you press the "Back" button.
It goes back to "Preparing popularity-contest" or "Unpacking popularity-contest"
and then hangs.

Discovered with trixie-rc2, but this is not new, it was already the case in
Bookworm (did not try earlier releases).
