 Squid is a high-performance proxy caching server for web clients, supporting
 FTP, ICY, HTTP and HTTPS data objects.

 cachemgr.js provides a simple interface to Squid management reports
 accessible via Browser and served directly from the proxy.

This package replaces the cachemgr.cgi funcionality that has been removed from
Squid 7.1 sources. It will be managed by the squid-cache team, alongside the
Squid sources. Upstream is actively involved in packaging.
