Hi, I'm dropping the ITP for this package as I didn't realise that this
package has a very big dependency tree (i.e 2 of the dependencies that
aren't in debian again have a lot of dependencies need to be packaged
for them) nor do I have a lot of time to package them all.

I've converted the ITP into a RFP. This package is up for takers.

I have done some initial work on the package before realising about the
dependency tree, the repository is available in the Python Team Salsa
namespace [1] should you wish to take up this ITP if you see potential
in this package.
