This utility program has seen some moderate use and has hit a place of reasonable maturity that I think Debian’s release cycle could support it.
The package has very few dependencies. The build process is relatively simple, all things considered.
If this program is acceptable for packaging, but the name is too common or conflicts with another package, I would recommend packaging the binaries as `tw` and `wtr-watcher`.
It is an MIT licensed project.
