Dear Maintainer, I had no issues with suspension on Bookworm, but it seems to no longer work on Trixie. I first noticed this problem when I turned the PC on then left for a while. GDM automatically suspends the system if left unattended for long enough. I came back to a blank screen and unable to wake the system up. Also, suspend didn't even seem to succeed in the first place, since the power LED was on continuously when it should be blinking instead. I tried suspending a few more times later and I confirmed the bug happens every time. The only way I could get back to a working system was to force-reset the machine. The kernel logs in those sessions always end with the following line: jul 18 12:37:07 luizromario-debian kernel: PM: suspend entry (deep) Not sure if this is related, but I used nvidia's proprietary drivers on Bookworm and am using nouveau on Trixie. I'd test the proprietary drivers to rule out any video-related problems that might be interfering with suspend, but Bookworm is sadly the last Debian version to include the 470 drivers that support my graphics card.
