Hi,

your package is part of the "key package set". These packages are
not subject to autoremoval.
Also, your package Build-Depends on mimalloc, and by extension
mimalloc becomes part of the key package set. mimalloc has multiple
open RC bugs and FTBFS on armhf.

It would be great if you could investigate if your package can build
without mimalloc and what the impact would be. For example if it is
only needed for testing, annotating the build-dependency as
<!nocheck> would be great. Then mimalloc can be removed from the key
package set.

As far as I understood upstreams documentation the mimalloc is
optional and may be left out. I unset luametatex_use_mimalloc and am
able at least to build. I'll do further tests before uploading to
experimental.
