Dear Maintainer,

python3-toml is still listed in contrib/ci/dependencies.xml,
but I don't know the purpose of this "contrib" file
and it is most likely updated.

python3-toml is one of the old backports
we are slowly removing from the archive
https://wiki.debian.org/Python/Backports

So please edit-out the one ref. from debian/control
