The TF-PSA-Crypto library provides an implementation of the PSA Cryptography
API. This encompasses on-going extensions to the API.

The PSA Cryptography API implementation is organized around the PSA
Cryptography driver interface aiming to ease the support of cryptographic
accelerators and processors.

This library is a new dependency of the upcoming MbedTLS 4.0 release.
