We've recently spun up a new Debian web service,
<https://chronicles.debian.org>, which serves as a home for historic web
content that the Web Team have removed from the main Debian web site.

I am requesting a new pseudo-package chronicles.debian.org that would
permit us to manage bugs and feature requests for the service.

And finally, an agreement that you don't plan to ever have a package
called chronicles.debian.org present in the Debian archive.
