The Homepage url of the package has being hijacked. Maybe it should be
removed from debian/control.

Dear maintainer,

I've prepared an NMU for hping3 (versioned as 3.a2.ds2-10.2).

The debian/control file has the homepage field commented out, so that it
no longer shows up in packages.d.o and tracker.d.o and elsewhere as a
clickable link.

The homepage still remains in package documentation such as the manpage
and elsewhere in the package.
