Dear Maintainer,

* What led up to the situation?
I was using Dolphin on a Wayland session in KDE Plasma under Debian Testing.

* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
I attempted to drag files within Dolphin (e.g., from one folder to another).

* What was the outcome of this action?
The file operation worked correctly — the files were moved or copied — but the
mouse cursor incorrectly showed the "forbidden" (no-drop) icon during the drag.

* What outcome did you expect instead?
I expected to see the normal drag-and-drop cursor indicating a valid operation,
since the action was allowed and succeeded.

Additional info:
- Dolphin version: 25.04.3
- Plasma version: 6.3.6
- Running on Wayland
- Issue does not occur on X11 sessions

Thanks.
