  * What led up to the situation? Updating from bookworm to trixie
  * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
    ineffective)? manually launching works, but systemctl does not
  * What was the outcome of this action? monit runs.
  * What outcome did you expect instead? monit should run when launched via
systemctl.
