#1110699 software-properties-gtk: add-apt-repository, apt-add-repository (console) and software-properties-gtk, software-properties-qt (GUI) are missed in Debian 13 Trixie (stable!)

Dear Maintainer,

I'm using Debian since 3.1.

It almost always had software-properies package in the repositories.

The most useful applications are
* add-apt-repository, apt-add-repository (console)
* software-properties-gtk, software-properties-qt (GUI)

Currently they are missed in the Debian 13 Trixie (stable).

Please bring the software-properties-common back to Trixie with all its
sub-packages:

* python3-software-properties - manage the repositories that you install software from
* software-properties-common - manage the repositories that you install software from (common)
* software-properties-gtk - manage the repositories that you install software from (GTK)
* software-properties-qt - manage the repositories that you install software from (Qt)

Note: I'm sending this bug-report from Docker container with Trixie, but this does not change
anything as
