I am currently trying to clean up the old versions
of http stack packages, in this case hyper-0.14.

rust-indieweb has debian build-dependencies on
and librust-indieweb-dev has debian dependencies on.

librust-hyper-0.14+default-dev,
librust-hyper-0.14+http1-dev,
librust-hyper-0.14+http2-dev,

but there do not appear to be any corresponding
cargo dependencies, and after removing the
dependencies I was able to succesfully build the
package and run it's autopkgtests without
librust-hyper-0.14-dev installed.
