This FTBFS is due to a ABI breakage in nlohmann-json3-dev which was already reported, see
bug #1106511 and #1106448.

This cannot be fixed without a new nlohmann-json3-dev package.

Hello, I implemented a fix on nlohmann-json3 to generate at runtime (in a similar way that proftpd-dfsg does, please apply the patches or a similar way to get a runtime dependency on fixed nlohmann-json3 abi, so we can avoid this kind of issues on the next major release.
