NeoChat is missing in modern GUI software centers such as GNOME Software or
KDE Discover because it has no AppStream metadata generated for some reason.




This was already reported as #1094404 and fixed, but it looks like it is
sadly broken again:

About apptream.debian.org I don't know how  and when they update the
information, you need to ask them. From the maintainers view we create the
correct files, as appstreamcli returns the correct answer.
