Dear Maintainer,

 With libreoffice-l10n-ja package, IPA P mincho/gothic font are not found
 in font list (IPA mincho/gothic are found, instead).


Step to reproduce)

 1. install libreoffice and fonts-ipafont package
    (not install libreoffice-l10n-ja in this time)
 2. start libreoffice and check font list
    -> IPA P mincho/gothic are found

 3. install locales-all and set desktop environment language as Japanese

 4. install libreoffice-l10n-ja and restart libreoffice
 5. check font list
    -> You can not see IPA P mincho/gothic font

 6. rename /usr/lib/libreoffice/share/registry/Langpack-ja.xcd
    (from libreoffice-l10n-ja package)
 7. restart libreoffice and check font list
    -> now you can see IPA P mincho/gothic font


 I've checked it with debian live iso images

 - debian-live-12.11.0-amd64-gnome.iso: not happened
 - debian-live-13.0.0-amd64-gnome.iso: happened

 and same issue happens on other below environment

 - upstream flatpak/AppImage
 - fedora 42 container image
