Support for RTL8125D was added in 6.12.36.
Module from r8125-dkms works OK.
After r8169 blacklisted and r8125-dkms installed, link is stable.

It has something to do with switch and/or 100Mbit vs 1Gbit:
- 1Gbit switch #3 - STABLE!!!
- 100Mbit switch #1 - drop every 90-130s
