Hey.

cinnamon-desktop-environment Recommends totem, probably also in it's capacity
as a media player, but possibly also because until before 43.2-5 it used
to contain totem-video-thumbnailer which was e.g. used with nemo for
generating thumbnails of many file types.

Maybe it makes sense to Recommend totem-video-thumbnailer (and perhaps
other thumbnailers as well) in some other package?
E.g. GNOME seems to do so in gnome-core.

I'd guess for totem-video-thumbnailer a Recommends might be justified.

Other interesting thumbniler packages:
- heif-thumbnailer (given that most mobiles generate HEIF, this might
  also justify a Recommends)
- there are some more... but not sure whether these are of general
  interest... perhaps for a Suggests?
