Dear Maintainer,

In Debian 13, using a microsoft ergonomic mouse, and using plasma,
system settings, bluetooth, pair. The settings show it as paired but the
mouse does not work.

Steps to reproduce
1. Put microsoft ergonomic mouse into pairing mode
2. Select system settings, bluetooth, pair device
3. Select ergonomic mouse from list of devices and pair

Previously on Debian 12 on this same machine this was working, updated to Debian 13 and
this functionality was stopped working.
Other bluetooth devices eg a bluetooth keyboard are working using same
method.
The same mouse connects using bluetoothctl under Debian 13.
The same mouse works on other machines including Debian 12, Mac, Windows 11
