Please drop the extraneous licensecheck build dependency.

This one might come from an old CDBS template.

As stated as #1 in FTP-Masters REJECT-FAQ,
d/copyright & d/control should not be modified during the build.

Hi Alexandre,

I can't drop licensecheck from B-D because upstream uses licensecheck
in their unit tests to verify that all upstream code files have a
license header (unless explicitly listed as exceptions in the test
script).

No, it does not. The B-D on licensecheck is their on purpose.
