The issue mentioned in #1108813 was fixed the the following patch:
https://github.com/deskflow/deskflow/pull/8851

But when running sbuild I am seeing the following failure:

Could someone please take look at this?

* deskflow explicitly drop s390x on debian.
* It seems that it depends on your sbuild
  configuration. (cacher is not running expectedly?)

According to Paul's suggestion in another mail I tried running sbuild with testing.
Autopkgtest is passing with this PR applied.
